Yeovil Vision Coordination Group
Each Vision Project has its own Project Management team and action plans. Responsibilities are agreed between the respective Project Manager and the YV Projects Director and Project Management Board.
The Yeovil Vision Coordination Group comprises local authority officers from the funding partners who are either specifically involved in Vision projects, or work in related areas such as policy and planning, highways, conservation, property and services management. Bi-monthly this group, chaired by the Vision Projects Director, meets to review current issues and trends in the wider operations in order to inform and advise the Project Management Board.
Other key areas considered by the YVCG are resources, communication and marketing.
