Yeovil Vision Coordination Group

This grouping is the day-to-day driving force behind the Vision Projects and meets on a monthly basis.
Key areas considered by the YVCG are Co-ordination, Strategy, Project and Programme Management, Resources, Communication and Marketing.

Each Vision Project has its own Project Management team and action plans and responsibilities are agreed between the respective Project Manager and the YV Projects Director and Project Management Board.
