Yeovil Artists Display for Somerset Art Weeks at the Yeovil Innovation Centre

Sculptors, painters, photographers and glass artists have come together at an unusual venue for an event forming part of this year’s Somerset Art Weeks programme.

Professional artists have temporarily transformed the new Yeovil Innovation Centre business venue into a gallery to exhibit their work - which includes large-scale stone and bronze sculptures.

Now open to the public, the display is the dedicated ‘signpost’ show for South Somerset and is designed to give artists and visitors the chance to see work created in the local area.

Somerset Art Weeks (SAW), which this year gained international recognition when it was listed as part of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, runs from Saturday 19 September until Sunday 4 October.
