For those travelling by train Yeovil Penn Mill Station is within a mile of the town centre.

Those looking for leisure and sporting facilities will find an indoor swimming pool, multiplex cinema, 2 theatres and many clubs and societies. Just a 5-minute walk from town centre is the award winning Yeovil Country Park with its breathtaking trail of woodland, waterfalls and lake, varied habitats, and hilltop views of the surrounding countryside – all easily accessible from a good network of paths.
